ICPI's "International Career Development and Coaching" or ICADEC Program is a highly specialized course which was developed with a view to train and coach professionals with global best practices for expansion of their career in international market place.

Above all, unlike any other institution ICPI strives for 100% deployment of ICADEC certified professionals through its on-campus recruitment, selection and placement by our partners, principals, organizations, associates, education consultants and HRD specialists.

However, ICPI is neither a recruitment nor a placement agency. Presently these services are provided free as a matter of policy.
