In the year 2000, a survey of ideas, trends, people and practices on the business horizon clearly indicated that the world in which we do business is more global and is undergoing fundamental change. We were aware of the risks this brings. But first and foremost we perceived this change as an opportunity. Five key factors driving this change around the world are deregulation, privatization, communication, competition and technology. This change is even more striking in our core competency of Management, IT and Human Resources Development (HRD), Training & Standardization based on qualificationsand experience leading to Screening, Testing, Bench-Marking and certification of skills leading to global deployment of experienced professionals.

More importantly, these very changes are forcing organizations to become leaner more efficient and powerful by embracing technology and yet remain highly competitive! So it is going to be the survival of the fittest!! More than ever before the quality of human resources will decide the future of all institutions and businesses. Therefore, it, is evident, in this millennium only those organizations will live or thrive who have the vision to harness the finest in human resource in a techno-savvy world. At the same time with skill shortages looming large worldwide coupled with fierce competition in the market place unleashed by globalization will force organizations to hire highly qualified, multi-tasking talented, experienced and competent professionals & sooner rather than later for a given job at the most affordable costs!! Indeed a challenging proposition loaded with possibilities!!!

Above all, professionals or the human resources will continue to be employer's greatest asset Remember today it is no more human resources but "Human-Capital". Eventually only those organizations who are diligently addressing these issues will make history others may become History!!!

Visionaries are usually mocked but in the year 2000 AD, we set our to build a new kind of institution that questions conventional methods and breaks away form traditional industry practices and wisdom to address all challenges head-on. As you would appreciate today's business environment runs into continuous overdrive,. businesses keep accelerating. Schedules are being constantly compressed. Yet you have to increase productivity, which means doing more with less by harnessing technological advances. Remember pace is unlikely to slowdown. Moreover, everything is required almost instantly or even 'yesterday'! So question is how to do all this?? And yet have a life!! What's next best thing to working less? It is to work more efficiently. Still better to work smartly!!!Top
